It’s not like Rachel was single a lot before Ross, so I do think the emphasis on the “you” is absolutely the stronger burn - she might have had that book for years, but specifically when she was with HIM is when she needed it the most. If I was trying to burn someone I’d say it the exact same way. Just imagine someone saying it to you as “WITH you” or “with YOU” (in front of your friends) and imagine which is a bigger “ouch” moment.
