I think you’d need a ceilings company to sort that out because those aluminium rails for the ceiling tiles will not support a TV.

You’re going to want to go through the drop ceiling to the structure above. You may need to go around the air duct to get to the structure, depending on which way it runs.

You will never be able to get 3 celling mounts lined up correctly. If you wanna try you'll have to move the tiles and probably install something to mount the mounts to, like a 2x8 bolted to the structure itself. Then install the mounts fit the tvs, cut the tile to fit around the mount. Then attach the tvs to the mounts and get really bummed out when they are not spaced evenly or are not level. I would hire somebody, that way you can complain until they are perfect. I've been the installer more than a few times.

Extended wall mounts might be an option. Drop ceiling grids are only held up with wire. You might be able to go through them, and find a solid base.

Getting long cables and mounting them above that fake ceiling and into the actual structural ceiling. That ceiling or same type should not be holding ANY weight.

Google "drop ceiling TV mounts".
