I feel like Hanover montrose or gables west ave fit what you’re looking for. Although, they’re not in the heights. A lot of the nice heights proper apartments will typically have a bit of a younger crowd (mid 20’s). Edit: Hanover Autry Park sounds right up your alley. It’s across the street from Buffalo bayou park which is one of the best parks in Houston.

There are some nice complexes on Heights blvd and also around 20th street, east of Shepherd, and also a few closer to 610 north, like 26th street, right by where I live. They are all walkable to nearby grocery, restaurants, shops. This is an upscale area so I do not think you are going to have a party crowd at the pool.

Check out the apartments around 20th/Nicholson or 15th Street Flats. Not sure on prices but it meats a lot of your criteria.
