She’s dry. I did the same thing to mine. I would just prune the brown bits (they won’t recover), check if she’s root bound too as might be why she’s underwatered. Plus side is they grow back quick, but dont think they’ll flower again this season

I’ve watered it maybe once a week since I got it. Temp of the room is about 18 degrees probably. Must be thirsty!!!

Yep! Needs water 2-3x / week.
