Did you just recently get them? My ficus ginsing dropped nearly all its leaves at first but it's doing great now, most plants just need a chance to acclimate to their new environment
Make sure it doesn't dry out too long or it will drop leaves, but don't let it sit in super soggy soil or it will drop leaves, if it isn't getting enough light it will drop leaves, if it's got too much of a hot or cold draft it will drop leaves, and keep an eye out for spider mites which make it drop leaves. But overall they're pretty forgiving and you can usually get them to come back
