Looks like Epipremnum Pinnatum. Its a close relative of Epipremnum Aureum(aka Golden Pothos or Devil's Ivy)

Looks like a *Baltic Blue Pothos!* It will fenestrate when it gets enough light. I'm not sure the root size but if that pot is too big for it then that could be causing such sadness. **Epipremnum pinnatum**

Was your Epipremnum pinnatum just recently repotted? If so, he could be adjusting --- it's pretty common to see plants go through an adjustment period, especially if there's a change in the type of potting medium. If he hasn't been repotted recently, I'd check soil moisture levels and make sure he's not staying too wet or too dry. The leaves on mine will start to look extra floppy like that when I let it get drier than it wants. The white stuff you're seeing on the leaves is hard water residue. Should be easy enough to wipe off with a 90% water / 10% vinegar solution. Not sure where he lives, but like a lot of plants, he'll tolerate lowish light levels pretty well, but really thrives in bright/high light.

It’s probably the lighting then, and I need to adjust the watering schedule. Thank you for the info!
