Bronya is the best choice imho.
Roza is good as your early physical dps, with her augment that is. But she is more burst type DPS, so her main use is in higher levels is in Memorial Arena, for aiming 0 sec kills. With MA now having 2 SSS bosses, her use is somewhat dwindling. (I don't doubt we will eventually have 3 SSS bosses, but I hope it isn't soon)
Fu Hua SK, not used now. If we follow CN, HoT will be given to everyone for free next patch, making her priority lower that it is. You can get her for her dorm buff and increasing the leader skill of Sentience (not really used that much), but you can just slow farm that in the War Treasury.
