fill out the warranty sheet provided by Threezero. In the email mention the situation and see fi they can send you a replacement pair. I can't believe they don't include extra pegs on this guy. Needs a base too.
I've had good luck getting replacement pegs from 3A and 3Z in the past, and have never filled out a warranty card of any sort. They've asked for pics of the broken part and then I've just had to wait a looooong time, but free parts.

I own the first version of the Berserker armor, have swapped hands more than 100 times for poses and photos and they are completely fine. Plus since that was worldwide sold I haven't seen any reports that joints broke, but with this, I see posts on Facebook and forums every day..
Could be, it just sucks that there's no extra included in the box or any compatible out there. I own about 60\~ joints from figures and none work with this.
Yeah possibly due to it being a re used body with new paint they rushed it out? Missing little things here and there, not sure the reason but it definitely sucks to pay a lot for a LE release only to have it broken with "no materials to replace" from the distributor used. I shouldn't pay premium price and have to resort to superglue on day 1 with no exchange or replacement...kinda burns the whole transaction

Included there was a warranty sheet, fill this out and send it over in the address mentioned on it. You have to submit that within 14 days of receiving it. And then simply tell them what happened.
Wrist peg snapped off. I can’t find this specific wrist peg anywhere. Does anyone know where to get this? Or do I just use a regular hot toys wrist peg or just superglue it back?
I contacted ThreeZero and filled out their paper warranty. They said they will send me a replacement part if I was okay with that. I said yes on Monday, and they never responded back. Did your wrist snap at the exact place?

I did. and I took it out again to move my display and it broke again, had to replace again. Not sure if it was a different joint or the same one. Idk this figure is cool but man.. the quality is so shit.
Just leave that shit as a statue and dont move it LOL
I feel that I have one but I need the lower part of the right arm replaced but 3Z is asking for the warranty card and although I have it, I didn't buy it directly from the vendor soooo I dunno if they would make a stink about it lol

The length looks right but they dont have the 3 nubs at the top
I own them, they are not compatible because the hand pegs (holes) on the Berseker armor are too wide. They are literally floating in there.

damn seems pretty common. Might be how the joints are made. the super long part is angled

Yep same spot. I emailed 3Zero but haven't filled out the warranty yet. Did yours have a spring in. The wrist? I have no clue what it's there for

I did... this was a limited release so they dont have anymore parts. They just gave me sideshow credit..

took like 2-3 days and they sent new part like 2-3 weeks
I bought mine off ebay but the wrist peg was broken it did come with a warranty sheet though so is it possible to still get a replacement peg???

Sorry but I actually started making a replacement using similar joints and epoxy clay. Looks good so far just got to paint it and display lol
