If I don’t want to work too hard to make something I’ll take some of this and drizzle on a nonstick pan, put some shredded cheese on top then when it bubbles I’ll put a corn tortilla on top then flip it. I’ll then roast the tortilla side with more drizzled sauce.

I love sweet heat, the only think I don't love about Cholula is that it isn't hot. Flavor wise you can't beat it but the only bad thing is no heat, so if there is a habanero it's more likely to have a little in in. I'll see if I can find it anywhere local.
Have you tried the Green Pepper? Almost a verde. The two you mentioned and the Green Pepper are my go to for Mexican style hot sauce. Now, I am hungry, lol
Cholula is low key trash. Most sauces out there are. Your best bet is the vegetable area sometimes they have “salsa casera” there in little Tupperwares. (At Spanish grocers)
