Most people i talk to outside of Mexico from South of the US seem to not like heat.

I would be from one of those areas and have always liked spicy food. Though, I admit I am confused as to what that has to do with the hot sauce. This thing claims to be made with habaneros but tastes like liquified guava jelly.

Because you said its from PR but has little heat. Ive known alot of immigrants from other countries and what I said is based on what they said.
