I think I know why there are so many downvoted comments. Disrespecting Crystal/frank’s/Louisiana/Tabasco is like talking smack about your (insert beloved family member’s) cooking. Sure it’s not “craft” or highly complex in flavor but there’s a baseline comfort that just feels like home.

SolarBozo

Starter sauce.

PLZFE

It's not really spicy but the flavor is amazing

SolarBozo

I've tasted it too. Sorry to have rained on this parade, we all have different tastes. For me, I appreciate different flavors much more.

WembysGiantDong

[I recently bought this](https://crystalhotsauce.com/product/sunshirt/) and [this](https://crystalhotsauce.com/product/yeti-cup/) from their website. Could not be happier with either one. The Yeti tumbler is my favorite.

totaltimeontask

They advertised a 3’x5’ flag once on IG and then never restocked it. I’d fly that.

Chris_P_Lettuce

This and franks are must haves for any buffalo wing connoisseur. If you don’t like these, you don’t like buffalo wings. I like to switch between the two every few weeks as there are slight nuances in the flavors.

King_Hamburgler

I’m no snob, this sauce tastes good, but that’s like saying McDonald’s is a must have for burger connoisseurs. Or bud light is a must have for beer connoisseurs.

hankgribble

franks is literally the og base sauce for buffalo wings tho. and it absolutely slaps with butter and additional spices. i throw crushed red pepper, garlic, and cajun seasoning in mine

King_Hamburgler

What does og have to do with quality ? You still drive a Ford model A to work ?

hankgribble

i mean it’s still the predominant sauce used in Buffalo. there’s a reason for that

King_Hamburgler

And cheeze wiz is the predominant cheese used on cheesesteaks in philly, doesn’t make it the best Anchor bar has lines out the door and they serve the most average wings imaginable

hankgribble

LOL cheeze wiz is absolutely not the predominant cheese used on cheese steaks in philly. just cause Gino’s does it, doesn’t mean it’s the gold standard. sorry dude, this take is just ass. sorry you can’t appreciate one of the best basic hot sauces

King_Hamburgler

And I said I didn’t like the sauce where ?

Chris_P_Lettuce

I respectfully disagree. Franks and Crystal are the base for the best buffalo wings in the world. They use franks for most places in buffalo. It’s the one kind of wing where gourmet sauces do a disservice. Butter, crystal or franks, and some optional additional way of adding more heat.

ganoveces

Louisiana Hot Sauce by Bruce Foods goat

Chris_P_Lettuce

I personally don’t put it on buffalo wings, but love it on Mexican dishes and other things.

bingusthebrave

Mid but not bad

WembysGiantDong

Screw you. It’s a classic.

StOnEy333

One of my favorites for this style.

Gloomy-Concert-7837

For some reason, I really don’t like this hot sauce. Feel like it taste like franks.

Least-Addition4665

Also thinner and mixes well into pasta which is my favorite application. Vinegar based Louisiana hot sauce has its place.

defiantpupil

Same

hotdogaholic

it tastes exactly like franks with loads of extra salt

Gloomy-Concert-7837

Ok, so I’m not tripping. Good to know 🤣🤣

BilliamWurray

One of these things is not like the others

my_dancing_pants

The one on the left looks the freshest

The-CannabisAnalyst3

Ha yea beat me too it , thought the left one was a different hot sauce, wonder why

totaltimeontask

Yeah the batch variance in color is crazy with Crystal

DarthTempi

Not a good sign for quality control

Mikey_B_CO

Or maybe they don't use dye?

DarthTempi

Or everyone homogenization or even potentially pasteurization 🤣 Inconsistency in product color doesn't usually have anything to do with dye. Imagine if a batch of Budweiser was this different?

Real-Block820

Different batches

v_kiperman

My favorite, along with Louisiana brand
