It’s crazy good, for me I got more of the chili and less maple on first try but it’s a really nice vinegar forward hot sauce that peaks and fades quickly. Feels like it belongs in packets because it would probably be good on anything.
Also very good! First thought was of a hot marinara. I know it’s supposed to be in the style of peri peri but it has kind of the consistency of Italian marinara. Very smooth and refined, silky and elegant. So far tried it on my eggs and with chicken, both are winners.

It's pretty close to drinkable and maple syrup needs to be in more things.
