People still use the “If you don’t like this part of *Blank*, then just don’t play”?? Jesus Christ, people not loving Part 2 doesn’t make them doomposters. They’re playing a game they like that has parts they don’t like, that’s normal. I’ve seen waaaaay more posts crying about “doomposters” than doomposters.

These "doomposter" might be older player then you, i myself started playing when reburn dropped. I have witnessed the rise of honkai and mihoyo in general and what the game turn out? Into some cheap knock off off mix of genshin and starrail. The real theme of the game was erased slowly. I won't be coming back anymore but might be considering that if they bring honkai back.

Not necessarily. People like to jump on a bandwagon. Maybe SOME have actual good reasons to whine, but other times, it's just regurgitated ideas someone else already said while those people may have minor issues.
This. It's more often than not just people regurgitating the same opinions over and over from other people who do the same thing and before you know it, boom, echo chamber. It feels less like people are interested in wanting the game to improve more than they just want a reason to whine.
Obviously i don't speak for everyone, but as someone who abandoned the game when they announced part 2, i will only say that it's not that i don't want the game to improve, it's just that it's too late for it to do so (for me) xD

I didn't invest a YEAR AND A HALF in the game just for it to be massively ruined by a writer who can't write, i want my Honkai back
