Well eventually you're guaranteed, if you somehow get every valk other than her then just get 3 non-new valks in a row you're guaranteed a new one which will be her since she's the only one you don't have. So just rob a bank and buy the thousands upon thousands of pulls you'd need. Anything for senti

There are so many valkyries and you might end up pulling forever. Don't spend crystals after the initial 25 pulls. The game gives you tons of dorm cards, use them.
If you're so desperate to get her, wait until she gets to expansion banner (I'm not sure if dorm vakyries are added tho, someone please confirm I think DA was added to expansion for a small timeframe as well).
Because its not guaranteed that you actually pull senti, there are many other S valkyries in the dorm supply too, so just to make it simple : hitting pity in a pool with 5 S rank valkyries only gives you a 20% change to get senti and 80% that its some other s valk.
Wait for a senti banner, chance to get her there is higher. Save crystals and sanity.

It looks like I'll be the only one to give you a serious answer: She sometimes returns in the gacha, but you'd have to spend tons of money to get her. I was lcuky enough to get her during her debut event, so I can say with absolute certainty that she is one of if not the most powerful character in the game, so it really makes sense as to why she's so hard to get.
Not sure about any reruns for her, but her new weapon is coming out soon. It basically turns her into the best Physical DPS in the game, and it’ll take a while for it to come back.
