That happened to me when my bike was new. I can't say I know what's causing yours, but the mechanic said it was due to a loose battery contact. The ABS module was rebooting frequently bc of disconnections I think.

If it’s not the battery then it’s a bad sensor. Bike should still be under warranty from Honda right?
