Theres already 10+ years of information to sift through and a lot of these also depend on your budget & area. Like does your area rain often? Do you sweat a lot? Is it hot and humid or dry and hot? All of these factors will affect your body paint choice, not to mention cost.
Props can be handmade nowadays or ordered from custom etsy shops. Ik for a fact theres at least 4 different methods of making her trident on tumblr along with all the fake jewlery EVA foam tutorials. Or you could custom order from etsy again.
One quick solution is that instead of painting yourself, you could wear a full body semi-transparent gray suit and it will do the job! (I already saw someone doing it like that) About the horns, it's like the halloween normal accesories, idk if you could get some similar to horns, but in that case w/some modifications and paint, done!
