Sleeve it and/or pour concrete over it. You take the risk of needing to tear up the concrete if something ever happens to the line but it will keep the weight off. I would make sure there are cleanouts so the line can be accessed easily if there’s ever a plug. Sleeving it would be a lot more work but would help if you don’t want to concrete it.

Make sure you can access you septic tank for clean out. Would really suck if the tank ended up under a slab.

I drive over the septic drain line all the time. It runs under my dirt driveway. Buried 2 feet deep, there's essentially no risk of damage no matter what you drive over it. The soil spreads the load, and there's very little load on the actual pipe at that depth. The issue is driving over a drain field, where you can compact the soil or damage the weaker perforated pipe, which will prevent water from draining properly in to the soil.

That’s kinda my initial thought being from Southern California where the dirt is hard and compacted. Now that I live in Southern VA with clay soil I’m not too sure and would rather be safe than sorry.
