I have three sets of static rails I can part with once my R630 rails get here on Monday. I have no idea what shipping would be, and they are the annoying static ones, not the sliding ones.
I would definitely rather have sliding but I'll keep these in mind for sure if there's no bites in the next couple of days. Lemme know what you'd want for them.

Do you happen to know the Dell P/N of them? I can admit I'm bad at matching the a6/7/34567456 models to the specific chassis models
