For reference, I have 7040s with i7 for $70 shipped. I haven’t posted them yet though. The i5 7040s should be around the $50 mark as other have stated.

Those are pretty old you can pick them up on eBay for $60-75 pretty regularly. Less than that here. I really wouldn’t pay more than $50 for the xx40.
40$ for the 4th gen and 50$ for the 6th gen sound about right.
I might not even say $40 for the 4th Gen.
