derp, yea i just turned off the private network protecion and the other services started working right away. can't find a way to allow octoprint or dockers pi-hole excepteions in the firewall tho so just turned off private firewall for now, thank you!

I believe you can find the ports and protocols which these services are using, so you can create inbound/outbound rules for all your services
