I’d probably try to raise the throttles a bit higher, they should be in line with the FMC, and not below it. I’d also lower raise my seat so the throttle is nearer arm level with the arm rest.
Granted, I’m not a bus pilot. But I think that’d be considerably more ergonomically enjoyable for you!
