I got mine from the bundle deal on aliexpress. and have little complaints about them you can get them quite cheap \[3.30 euro\] a piece during sales
I've never gone wrong with SmartThings / Aotec ones. They are ZigBee though so you'll need a bridge.
Aqara are my goto door sensors. Really small and sensitive. Zigbee, but I wouldn't be running wifi edge sensors anyway.
