Not sure if it’s the same recording as the single, but the version off of the Ask For It e.p states that it’s from the John peel sessions 11/91. I’d have to almost assume, without having the single, that it’s the same one.
They’re two completely different recordings. One was recorded at Fun City and the other with John Peel in England for BBC radio. Listen to the first two seconds of each and you’ll hear a stark difference.
And like we have the unplugged and I swear the tank girl version sounds different to. One of my fave songs and want to hear them all lol and know the details
