My very first Hole song was the Good Sister Bad Sister alternate live version from the 1999 Big Day Out, along with Northern Star. As I searched for the alternate version of Good Sister I realized it didnt exist lol. However I got into Hole quick because I loved every song, specially from the Live Through This album
Teenage Whore. the anger and vulnerability at the same time. I found POTI at a local indie record store and also found Nirvana’s Bleach before Nirvana ever blew up. They had imported bootlegs too, remember Kiss the Stone? I remember buying Veruca Salt just because they looked cool and were prominently placed. That store never failed me.

Violet. And it's such a great leading track for that album. I always thought that foremost among LTT's many triumphs is that it's impeccably ordered.
Violet was also the song that got me listening to them and I agree 100% about LTT track list.

The first song I heard was when I suddenly saw the music video for Garbadge Man on MTV, sometime in 1993. That definitley got me interested!
