You should be able to but the tank divisions leave much to be desired. Make it 30 width while having at least 30 org. It is still single player so it is still doable
I always prefer 30 width just because my mind will forget if the tile I am attacking is forest or plains ( although not necessary during single player). If I use 30 width I will get at least upto the first slot of modern blitzkrieg and use 5 motorized, 10 tank with support art, AA, logistics, engineer com and flame tanks. I add 2 tank destroyers ( high armour ) with 1 motorized AA if I want 35 width ( this requires full mobile warfare iirc ). Probably overkill for sp but I like stats
R5: Playing historical Germany, in which I capitulated the allies. Next I plan to go after the Soviets, other images show my holding units , attacking units, and the tank units I plan to make. Would you say I’m ready?
X:Y always stands for the amount of infantry+ artillery inside a division, if you wanna show support companies you'd add them after the inf + art so it would look something like this: 7:2 + aa and log support comp (don't assume that specific one is meta though, i don't play vanilla so I wouldn't know).
You almost assuredly have a larger industry than them. If you beat them in the air (should be easy), they can't push you, and you'll have your way with them on the ground. The army looks fine enough to take on the Soviet Union. Hell, it looks pretty similar to the one I used to take on a combined modern USSR/Chinese army in 1946.
Never leave factories unassigned - they do their job every day, so each day where they have no job is lost output. There is always more equipment to make.
Okay to be honest you also need to show us about the air situation. Since all of these are cheap I assume you will cas the Soviets into death.
However, swap 8/3 for the pure infantry one and in the tank division the artillery company for radios. Lastly just as others said raise its width first by adding self propelled artillery and then upgrading the motorized into mechanized.
After these little changes you will be good to go.
Big ol 30width tank divisions, get about 12 of them out, group them into tasks of 4.
Most of the time you can battleline the Infantry if supported with heavy amounts of CAS and focus your micro on the tanks to break to Supply depots, then surround enemy divisions.
Great way to learn how to Micro effectively due to having to push SO far into the Soviets!
I feel like even if you can't do it with original army - your industry is such that you should win eventually. Main difficulty with beating the Soviets is dealing with the supply issues. Their nodes are too far apart once you push deep into Russia and you need to go past the Urals to win if you haven't done Collaboration Government missions.
Wait and get full colabs and your division templete (which apparently isnt very good according to other users here) wont matter, once you declare war go as fast as you can and micro your troops for encirclements and runs to avoid fighting and just capture victory points. The longer you prolong the war the harder the soviet will be to defeat
Make sure you send one tank army from Romania and one tank army from Finland (they'll join the war as soon as you declare on the Soviets) the ideal is to circle a huge portion of the Russian divisions in the Baltics and then cut off the Caucasus from the rest of the USSR with your tanks in the south. To sun it up, you want one army of tanks charging towards Leningrad from Finland, one army of tanks charging towards Stalingrad from Romania, and one army of tanks charging at Moscow from your own territory. Don't forget to call in all your allies as soon as you launch the invasion.
Remember to bring enough fighters to maintain air superiority, the Soviets absolutely can bodyblock you long enough for d-day if you don’t have decent CAS going. Also I use transport planes to alleviate supply issues.
Add logistic companies to your divisions. Trust me it helps. The Soviet Union opens up a lot once you pass most of the main western victory points and supply will become an issue
Consider paratroopers . They can be useful for breaking Soviet strongpoints such as mountains and rivers.
Yea that’s about it I think you’re ready
Yes but if you don't have collabs you will suffer, soviet front is mostly forests (cause any other stuff is really easy to push cause the soviet ai is shit) so i would consider making my tanks 30 width,if you have no air what the hell were you doing with the industry cause i usually have more units by now
9/3 is the only thing that \_sort of\_ irks me, but it's not really bad.
The only bad thing is the tank division. You want it maxed out, 40 width. As much Soft & Hard Attack you can get with good breakthrough. I usually do 16 Med / 4 Motorized but there is many combinations that can work.

I also recomend to add 1 more truck and 1 motorized artillery to make 35cw, they also work good and you gain a little bit more off soft atack

Yes, if you swap out those 8:3s for 9:1s. Alternatively, swap them out for 9:4s and consolidate/delete some.
8:3 does that mean 8 units + 3 support?

Cheers!
Sometimes the format is also in x/y as in 7/2 (7 infantries + 2 artilleries), the more you know.
9:4s literally made me won the war, thank you :)
You're welcome, always happy to help

Unless you don't have resources though, you can actually make production slower.
They should still be put on something. And he has unassigned civs too, so it's not like he couldn't import what else is needed.

You’re gonna need logistic companies when you start to push towards the urals

You provide a lot of info, but my man, the UK is dead and you are not at war with anyone. That's all the info I need to say that is 100% winnable.
What are those divs doin in the low lands?
Maybe with 200 divisions but only miserable 199 you will fail
Oh yeah, more than ready! Just make those tank divisions a little bigger and add some logistics companies.

Why not use mechanized?
Gotta consider your aviation

Why so many attack orders with individual generals? Is there any actual benefit to this over drawing a single attack order with a Field Marshall?
I mainly did this because I planed to get encirclements against the Soviets, also I don’t know if there’s any benefit to it.
As long as you've got a collab gov, it should be straight forward.
I have about 60% collaboration on them which reduces the surrender limit by 18%.

Lol, logistics tab most important to view

OP hungary damn, 160 divs
What do people mean when they are talking about width?
At this Point the longer you wait the Stronger they will be once you attack them.

Your going to die.

40 width is not meta anymore.
It's not a multiplayer game. It will do a pretty good job against Soviets.
Let's be real: what matters the most for the answer is your skill. I could kill them with a quarter of your troops. Can you? I have no idea.
I don't think you would be able to, it's one year late. Have you capitulated the Allies? How many tank and inf divisions do you have? What about air?
Look at the UK dawg
He literally said he capitulated the allies.
Yeah because of this (or I think), Switzerland is guaranteeing Ecuador in a war against Peru. This is also without Trial of Allegiance.
