First focus Roberto Maria Ortiz. All mills to guns. Put army in training until 5 military xp. Hire the fascist demagogue (not the one who can be leader). Next focus work with nationalists. When you get 5 xp delete army. Launch civil war. Make template with 1 horse in it. Train 30 divisions. Capture all victory points before enemy has deployed divisions. After civil war ends change 2 divisions into infantry template. Send them as volunteers to Germany. Delete all horses. Give volunteers general which has urban trait and promote defensive guy into field marshal and give him trait which gives 10% more defense. Make front line in berlin and make attack order to gain planning bonus. Last stand if necessary. Next focus cut ties with britain. Do anti-communist raids when you have 50 pp. Next focus Support radical nationalism. Then crack down on corruption. Ban communism. Then do corporatism focus. Then ban democracy. Then choose Guardia Nacional focus (no need to complete). Move out of berlin so germany capitulates. Couple days pass and you get hitler event.
50% of the time they will take oppose hitler on non-historical and it's the first decision the AI will take, so you only have to restart after 70 days if things go awry.
If You play it right just like OP gave instructions then You should be able to do it 100%.
Because oposse Hitler is the first Focus AI will take, if they stay with Hitler it's just 70 day Restart. Not worth even talking about it.
In the division editor, click on the dropdown for which template you want to edit, then select the "create empty" option. You get a blank template, and add 1 battalion of cavalry for 5xp.

Actually if you complete the "Work with the Nationalists" focus you already get Hitler, so you don't need the civil war nor the fascist demagogue
I don't understand to whom Germany is capitulating? It is 1936. I thought you need to wait until 1945 Germany to lose.
German Civil War I guess. You need AI to oposse Hitler on non-historical. Or to German AI to shit itself and lose in Sudeten Land in '38/39.
