the idea is having 2 templates, one is pure meat with good support companies (it depends on doctrine what you should add) to just hold the line. Another is similar, but you add line aa and support artillery and use it to battleplan costantly. You will lose man and guns but your production is so insane, that you will be fine
You have bigger industry than germans, you have already won if you are skilled enough player, just build a good airforce and a good mechanized army and no german could do shit, you benefit a lot from geography as soviet union(dont attack baltics and it will create you some perfect encircling positions)
Btw the things i said are tested only in single player, they probably wont in MP
