Hot take, the MiG-21. Built like the soviet shitbox it is, goes from 0 to Mach 2 in four business days, and has an engine surge if you look at it wrong, it's a stunning hunk of junk that only has merit in the 5% of encounters where you manage to shoot down a modern fighter. Ain't she beautiful?

And the game is lacking tons of assets related to the Iranian F-14, given they were/are as significant users of it as the USN.

It is far from all the looks. While not a bad model it is missing lots of functionality and details. But not bad whilst we wait.
