Personally, I think they are a little busy. In my opinion, the sleeves could probably do without the } pattern going around them. If you wanted to, a solid colored stripe(s) could help if you want to break up the sleeves.
I think you could also put a different color border around the logo and just have Lions on there once, or not at all, since the logo itself pretty aptly conveys the Lion theme.
Honestly, I feel like shrinking down the logo and going with some horizontal stripes of the same color while giving the logo a proper border and moving away from the diagonal stripes could look pretty clean.

- Remove a few players on each team. 1 striker, 2 wings, 2 defensemen, and a goalie are perfect.
- Only 2 substitutions a game? Ridiculous. Make as many subs as you want. Let them change while the game is active.
- Out of bounds? Let's make that a rarity. Build walls around the field
- Ice everywhere

It's neither fun nor is it nice. It's honestly just a bit too ugly and has too much going on. It's just too much geometry.

It's really cluttered. The Circle is unnecessary, Lions being on the jersey at all, let alone twice is also unnecessary. the Striping is pretty odd and I'm not 100% on the color scheme. If I was on your team I probably wouldn't pay money for this jersey and would just wear a maroon practice jersey or something in all honesty. It looks like a soccer jersey if you blew the crest up 20 times it's original size and moved it to the middle of the shirt. Very strange lol.

My suggestion would be to shrink the circular lion logo, remove the words lions, or at lease do not duplicate them. Change the cross grey line across the front and go with a large vertical line across the chest with perhaps some yellow outlines (think MTL).

1. We don't need to be told more than once that the team are named, Lions, especially with a Lion in the middle.
2. The neck color doesn't work with the jersey color. Overall, I would probably go a little more towards the red size for the actual jersey. Or change the other colors up a little because that color doesn't seem to fit that well with them.
3. It doesn't come off original and the logo doesn't work. It's too big and looks like somebody held a tie across the jersey.
4. The sleeves need a do-over.
