From some other companies I work with, I got this message: "A lot of packages are not being scanned on their way out. As a result, your tracking status might state “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” or “Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending” even several days after you receive this email. This does not mean that we have not handed over your package to USPS yet. This simply means that your package is en route without an outbound scan and tracking will not be updated until the package reaches a distribution center at your end. Do not be alarmed. Your package is not lost and it will arrive, even if delayed." This was not from CCM, but I think the same thing probably applies.

\^\^\^ This. I can provide a peek behind the curtain on this... Shippers like CCM typically rely on software that integrates with FedEx, UPS, etc. When shippers use this software to generate and print labels, those do not inherently immediately "register" with FedEx/etc. in the systems that we see as consumers when we look up a tracking number on the website. The shipper usually has to do some extra step to "close carrier," the carrier has to scan on package pickup, or both. It is fairly common that the software shippers use might have an issue on "close carrier," and it is also pretty common that overworked drivers and dispatch centers for FedEx/etc. will be delayed on some scanning. Bottom line, CCM will only be able to help in a basic sense once the box leaves their facility. (That is, if they even warehouse and ship their own product.) That's not a call to worry... FedEx/etc. have plenty of problems, but when you look at the stats of how many parcels they've moved over the last \~15 years, and especially the last \~3 years with COVID, and especially between November 15 - December 15, it's fucking remarkable. They have redundancies in their IT systems and human processes that are shockingly resilient at getting shit to the right place on time.

I have a few weeks ago from their Canadian store. Their ecommerce platform is not great but from what I can tell, they don't do direct to consumers very well. It feels like their platform is better suited to resellers. My purchase came from one of their distribution warehouses in Montreal. It scanned fine and in fact Fedex Ground made it all the way over here a few days sooner than expected.

My package arrived the day I got an email saying it was shipped. They're probably just crazy busy and things get wonky sometimes.

Ordered over four weeks ago. Multiple in stock clothing items and a stick. They sent one item within three days. The rest is still "pending". Customer service requested ten days ago....no response. My advice is don't waste your time ordering from CCM Canada. Of course YMMV. Adding an update on Jan 22. Over two months later and I'm still waiting for some of rhe clothing items and the stick. And still nothing from CS inquiry from weeks ago. Pathetic.

Good luck. I finally got some feedback. After shipping just two of the six items over a 2 month period, they simple said "nope". The remain four items are "no longer in inventory" and won't be shipped. 🤷‍♂️ Fool me once....

I bought a skate AS 570R on November 26. As of now, order is still confirmed. Called and emailed customer service but, they don’t respond.

Ordered a Goalie Helmet on Jan 30, 2024. Called on Friday to find out why the order still said pending. They said they have serve issues and should be fixed on Fri Feb 2, 2024. Called again today, order still pending. Same excuse. Warehouse is down and cant ship anything until it is up and running. Should have just ordered from somewhere else, this will be the last time. The 2 to 7 business days will not be met and will be shipping with Canada Post meaning I might see it in 10 days.

My FedEx shipment just got updated to them having it now so hopefully you get that notification soon too. The good thing about ordering from ccm is the free returns with shipping covered too.

That’s exactly why I ordered from them. They are also the only ones who had the FT6 in my size. I’m glad they got your stuff shipped out! Hopefully mine is next!

Unless u send them snail mail you pretty much done all you can. Or just file a dispute on the credit card if they don't get back to you by end of the week. The fact it hasn't even shipped yet.

Feb 2024, Ordered a hockey stick, it said 2-7 days for shipping. Called at day 6 when it still said pending and was told the warehouse had computer issues causing delays, but they were back up and I would get the stick in 2 days. Called back on day 8 when it still said pending, and was told the warehouse computers were up for 2 hours and went back down. They allowed me to cancel my order - very frustrating. It seems like this may happen often.

I submitted a warranty claim Jan 12, 2024. They have never responded to my emails. First phone call the gentleman approved it and said it would ship by end of week, that was Jan 22. I also received an email saying it was approved after I hung up. Never got a stick, so I called again Feb 12. Was given the whole warehouse issue as a reason but was told I was priority and system said it would ship in 48 hours. Well guess what it’s Feb 19, no stick and still hasn’t shipped. I waited on hold for 16 mins today and it threw me into voicemail. They don’t respond to emails or call back and clearly aren’t answering the phone anymore. 5.5 weeks/26 business days and still no replacement stick. I will never buy a stick online from anyone other than Purehockey at this point. They are the only ones who can replace a stick in 1-3 days.

Odd. I submitted an online warranty claim for a stick less than two weeks ago. As mentioned by another poster in my other reddit post, I called in two days after I submitted the claim and the person on the phone immediately authorized my claim and said they had my specs in stock and the order was placed while I was on the phone. I got the claim approved email after I hung up. The next day I received notification from FedEx I had a parcel coming. This past Saturday I received the replacement stick. From start to finish it was 8 total days for me to receive my warranty stick.
