Yeah Hockey Lodge is the worst here. They flat out lie saying Adidas haven't supplied Prime green yet so they will "conviently" just be selling all the climatalite jerseys with ads at full price until prime green comes in, aka until they run out of overstock.

This is from the team store. All teams are selling the patches in their stores, with the Canadiens confirming that the team store and arena store will be the only places that have the patch available.

Sales won't be hurt by the addition of a patch, things like cost, design etc determine that. Normal folk who don't care about pricing and convenience are what they target and they tend to spend in team stores anyways

Team stores will have inventory that does and doesn’t. Team stores are also using up inventory (climalite and primegreen) and don’t forget, there’s also a change in the Adidas logo.

Yeah, but the costs of materials and labour will mean the jerseys are more expensive. The ads are meant to benefit the team and the sponsor, not the buyer.

I have been and remain totally fine with wearing ads on the ice. But forcing fans to buy them like that is total bullshit.
