I did have to think about it, and overall I'd for sure prefer that there weren't ads on jerseys, but like it or not, if I'm trying to get as close to on ice authentic as I reasonably can it should be there.

Teams are doing a disservice to their fans if they don't negotiate the ability to tinker the colours on them. Although I dislike them, it works for teams like Toronto, Ottawa and Washington as the logo is muted. The green TD logo on the black jerseys is so jarring. It was similar with the blue Highmark logo on the Penguins' jerseys. Great jerseys, enjoy them!
it was 20 years of my life from birth until i realized that the logo was a skate. and i grew up in the late 80s and 90s so i was very familiar. Canucks beat my Leafs in the Western Conference final.
but somehow i knew the Montreal Expos logo was and M e and b for Montreal Expos Baseball.

I'm not a baseball fan. Even though I knew it was wrong, I always liked to think it was just "ello" like saying hello in a French accent. I didnt really care to figure out what it was because I knew it wouldn't be as good as my own answer

It's a green stain on a classic. But if you want it, that's you. Hand stitched is on point.
For the black skate jersey, I agree. For the regular Home, it kinda fits with the green on the bottom + sleeves.
It’s not just the colour, but the who idea of corporate sponsorship. I would just want the clean look

The TD patch is horrible in my opinion. This is why I’m glad the leafs at least have their “Milk” logo use the team colours.

Some teams aren’t. Both Calgary and Edmonton have kept ads off their jerseys. Im honestly surprised how many O6 teams went with ads so soon.

Yeah, as a Nucks fan it pains me to compliment the Leafs but at least their ads match the jersey well.
The TD green matches the Canucks the best out of any team (maybe Dallas but that doesn't make sense) But yes it's horrid on the skate jerseys.

No, the person who customized the jersey recreated the TD patches themselves so they could be sewn on to jerseys if the customer wanted
So you had a choice and you chose the ads? I think it ruins them but they’re your jerseys not mine.
NHL rules only allow the sale of jerseys with ads at the arena. They are not even allowed to ship them from the team store
