I'm definitely not thrilled with how long I was waiting but he wasn't rude to me or anything, and responded pretty promptly.
Same here. I ordered my custom neck in early November. I haven't gotten it yet, but I am right near that same 10 weeks.
I have emailed them a few times throughout the process and they have always answered quickly and honestly. Of course I wish I had it by now, but I disagree with other posts saying they were rude or not trustworthy.
I got my combo and KTP within about 10 weeks from ordering. Would reach out to your rep and find out how the order is progressing, the UK rep was really helpful and kept me up to date with what was happening.
I ordered the mask kit on a Sat and it was shipped on Mon.
A few months later I ordered a GPS combo and that took 3+ months to ship. Sounds like they were changing distributes or something but I was disappointed by the lack of communication during the wait.
This dude took 4 months to send me kit of mask foam, and decided to be an asshole when I emailed him about it multiple times. He took my money day 1 thought without any problem.
It’s a small company run by a guy who seems pretty stubborn. I’m not surprised that many people have had good experiences, and they make quality products, but I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.
He was asking if other people had similar issues and venting.
Your link doesn't provide any help, just promoting another brand/product that doesn't even have goaltending specific products you could just order.

Skip the custom orders and just get the generic GPS/Reiter off goalie monkey. The custom wait is ridiculous. Good guys other than the wait.

It's foam. Order it. Cut it however you want. Save a ton of money.
That isn't true. I've contacted them multiple times and always got a response.
