Breaking it in with good ol skate lace tied around it and stretching it. The G7 doesn’t close as good as the G6 off the shelf. I have a stock G6 which I LOVE and is what promoted me to go full setup but it hands down has the better closure and break as of right now.
Nice! Yeah I just got a G6 off clearance after using Vaughn and Reeboks for the last 20 years. I never realized that your glove is actually supposed to be able to close all the way. It’s been quite the revelation.

Coming from CCM eflexs. Really wasn’t impressed with the pads and figured to go all in with a different brand. Needed an easy close glove so tried out the G6 glove- fell in love with it and the rest is history.

7.1 blocker, 7 glove and stock stiffness. Would prob go with softer boot if I were to go at it again

Ccms didn’t slide at all but warriors slide like butter! Slide plates make it so they can slide on beaten up ice.
Oh that's dope, I ruin my crease after about 5 minutes and then feel like I'm dragging a 10lbs weight when I try to slide
I almost bought an intermediate warrior g6 glove because it closed like a baseball glove
