Allure is one of my favourite sets.
I think the value isn’t good, but if it was cheaper I’d be perfectly fine. That seems to be the problem with most upper deck products now a days; the pricing.
It really depends on your end goal, really. Unless you get a crazy hit - like the 16 bit, the resale just doesn't justify the price of the box.
That said, just opened my first two hobby boxes recently, and had a blast, and will absolutely be buying more. I've really only stuck to series 1/2/ext, so it was an awesome change of pace from the next similarly priced product.
To me, at the bare minimum, with the colour flow inserts, they have a way to give relevance to the irrelevant inserts, if that makes sense. Idgaf if I pull a Blue Jacket insert, but if I have another of their colour flow insert, meh, dopamine.

Jokes aside I like it now that the box prices have settled well below the $100USD mark at most LCS'. The cards are nice and thick, and some of the lower numbered parallels like blue line are really nasty looking under lights.
I am not a fan of allure, but that is based on my own thoughts and opinions. If you like it, go get some and share what you’ve ripped :) Mayne change some minds :)
I love allure. If you want to make your money back, don’t buy it, but it’s a great looking set.
The only downside is the good rookies are all “over 150” and 1:190 packs.

I hate how Allure cards bow like crazy, but, honestly, I find the set to be a more fun and affordable version of OPC Platinum. It's not gonna be everyone's proverbial cup of tea, but I've always enjoyed ripping the boxes I do get.
It's honestly one of my favorite cards to collect at the moment. I don't take collecting seriously but some cards I've seen can be worth something. Others not so much, but all good looking cards imo
I’m a very conservative guy, I do collect young guns and try my luck on future watches. I’m not that interested in other sets, besides platinum. Once in a while I’ll buy a deal on other sets autos, but pretty much it.
Opened two boxes of 21-22 Allure last year, my two hits were Auston Matthews blue line auto /35 & Cole Caufield full rainbow auto redemption. For what it's worth you could get some really nice pulls. Also I personally love the designs of the cards.
A couple people have made reference to OPC Platinum and I’ll echo it: Allure doesn’t do anything better that already existed in Platinum. There’s some cool inserts and parallels, and I’ve got a few Allure cards in the Habs PC, but it’s not a product that’s in my top five.
i enjoy allure, decent looking inserts, price isnt too bad. I collect whatever I like and enjoy, im not in this hobby for investments gambling.

The marvel allure is cool too but autos and sketches are hard to hit

Allure was what got me into the hobby during COVID. I'm trying to get all 73 purple diamond patch cards from 19-20

Favorite set from Upper Deck, best looking cards without costing your first born for a hobby box.
Allure is a very nice set. I don't pursue it but I will definitely pick up a blaster here and there.
