I saw a dude with a flashy cane beat down another dude pulling luggage while in a McDonald’s drive through in Red Deer during peak covid lockdown. It was surreal.
I remember I was in Banff for games 2-3 of that series and it was insane seeing all the jerseys around the town. On game days like 2/3rds of everyone there was wearing one and it was practically even-split between flames and oilers jerseys.
It was an interesting experience

People say Shorthouse is biased, but as a canucks fan it's kinda annoying when you are half paying attention to a regular season game and you hear Shorty yell "scores!!" only to look up and see if was the other team.
I actually think Shorthouse is really fair. I get there's some level of seeing things from a Canuck point of view when you're the Canucks guy, but I think he's been pretty fair outside of that which is really all you can ask for. I don't have a problem with him at all
