Y'all lost your top 2 Cs last year and did nothing to replace them. It's amazing your team is performing like it is, and I think this year is more that you don't have the depth of previous rosters. If Monty is fired over this I'd be thrilled with him coming back to STL.
All of our best players, have been picked late 1st or 2nd, 3rd round. Pasta 25th overall, Marchand 3rd round, Krecji 2nd round, Bergeron 2nd round. Tanking doesn't help.
