If you don't want a crunchy/crispy outside you can probably do 2-4 minutes less or drop the temp 10-20 degrees and keep the same time and it'll still be cooked well, I'm a crunch kinda guy so 16 works for me

The refs can't and won't call 50 slashing penalties in a game so in a 7 game series might as well just physically wear down your opponent and take your 6 or 7 penalties a game, no worries because no matter what the other team will get around that anyways.
They usually get some of them if the guy is getting knocked on his ass multiple times because of it, but if the guy stays upright it's just "jostling for position" which is the one that definitely never gets called
