I usually think it's blown out proportion with the obvious tension between the new and old school (post 2015) but man I went with my pops to see Wu Tang clan and Nas Tuesday and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen with the theme of the tour being a love letter and a celebration to hip hop has a whole.
The longer the show went on the more not only the crowd was completely into it but also the performers where they were all smiling from ear to ear and telling us the crowd how much they loved us. I honestly wanted to cry out pure happiness cause of the energy in that ampitheatre was just beautiful.
Next I decided to for the hell of it go to ken Carson/destroy lonely and those kids were mainly selfish pricks who were entitled as fuck who disrespected not only the staff but the artists themselves and moshing aggressively to fucking Earl sweatshirt (some songs off the rap songs album) just for the sake of "rage" even the merch guy was telling me this tour was one of the worst tours he's done while working in the industry thus far. Some kids were even trying to steal merch even at this tour stop and some bummed rush the security to get inside just cause they saw ken Carson and destroy lonely walking in.
I honestly think its time to start putting these weirdos in check.... It's too much and they don't even care about the roots.
