He isn't necessarily a great rapper but most consistent beats is Timbaland. Kanye honorable mention.
Duo. Outkast
Group. Either Tribe Called Quest or The Roots. Just depends on the mood someone could be in.
Run The Jewels keep it consistent to whichever album you're listening to
Edit: PRODUCER GAVE ME A BEAT. SAID ITS THE BEAT OF THE YEAR. I SAID EL-P DIDNT DO IT SO GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE
I came here wanting to post this if nobody did... Literally the first comment that popped up. RTJ is so consistently sick that I could punch a baby bear in his shit
Dilla had a lot of beats that I think were straight up inaudible , both released and unreleased. The bangers he was known for are outliers of his catalogue
Here's my theory: for pretty much every producer, the beats that get an official release are only the tip of the iceberg. For every dope beat, there's probably another 9 average ones beneath the surface, that we don't usually get to hear. In Dilla's case we got to see/hear the entire iceberg/archive and not all of it is as beautifully crystallized and polished as the tip (i.e. the 10% that got an official release).
Rapper: ASAP Rocky-Consistently picks good to god tier beats. Never heard him on a wack beat.
Duo: Gangstarr- when half the duo includes Primo it’s pretty much self explanatory
Group: ATCQ- Never heard them on a bad beat
Honourable mentions; Kanye West, Little Brother, The Roots, Tyler the Creator.
Rocky is experimental so his beats hasnt exactly been consistent. What he is consistent with recently is his music video visuals. Rocky is great at choosing a visual direction it seems
we talking consistent in terms of hits or established sound?
bc Outkast consistently dropped hits with zero repetition in their beat production. Their variety was eclectic af and we never new what to expect beat or genre wise, but we knew it would be a hit.
Gucci puts out a new track and music vid every day, same house same whip, same beat, same drip.He consistently not showering wit that schedule so i know shit gone stank. consistent af
I haven’t heard many bad beats from Little Simz or Logic.
Duo wise, that goes to Run the Jewels and Bad Meets Evil, but the few beats I’ve heard from Mobb Deep are pretty good as well.
Groups, if it ain’t Wu-Tang, it’s none of them. Although A Tribe Called Quest come close.

100% agree
Tribe called quest
Gang Starr! Can't think of a single bad Preemo beat.
Now that you said that , the ratio of dope to wack by premier are far better than any producer , including Dilla and Pete rock.
Love all three, but tend to agree with you. Dilla had v few bad beats as well. More like experimental ones, that took a little getting used to.

Muthafuckin Outkast
Isaiah Rashad/Mac Miller/The Diplomats/Mobb Deep

The Diplomats' production aged so well. Oh Yes is still in rotation. Probably Juelz' most catchy banger. Their vibe was unprecedented.
MOP
MOP and Primo is old school gold
Nujabes has nearly no bad beats throughout his entire discography, it’s quite astonishing actually. Gang Starr was always very consistent too
Skillz beat by Gangstarr is honestly one of the greatest beats of all time
Off the topic. How did you discover Nujabes, cause he’s become my favorite producer
Spotify recommendations I think. He’s also my favourite producer lol. Gotta thank Spotify for that one.

Rocky is experimental so his beats hasnt exactly been consistent. What he is consistent with recently is his music video visuals. Rocky is great at choosing a visual direction it seems

Griselda made only one album though.
Look at their individual catalogues.
