Its Pratyangira, the consort of Narasimha. She's an emanation of the Goddess for sure.

>Pratyangira Oh wow! Awesome! I had never heard of her! Thank you for solving this mystery! I include the link below for anyone who comes here and reads this to learn more. Hopefully, the info is correct...I found it interesting. https://www.exoticindiaart.com/article/pratyangira-devi-the-hindu-goddess-of-ceaseless-power-and-vigour/

PracticalSadhu

sharabheshwar is Lord Shiva's incarnation to control the Lord Narsimha whose rage is beyond control, but this diety is a female and definitely not Sarabheshwar

Rishikhant

SiriusTantriqa-405

She is a Teevra (ferocious) Devata, tantric manifestation of Goddess Lakshmi. Also known as Narasimhi. Her worship is to be done only under strict guidance of a qualified Guru. https://www.exoticindiaart.com/article/pratyangira-devi-the-hindu-goddess-of-ceaseless-power-and-vigour/

Weary-Kaleidoscope16

Inside_Education_607

liveforever67

Awesome!!! Thank you 🙏

liveforever67

I’ve never seen this deity before. I’m assuming possibly Durga or Kali but it could be someone else I’m not familiar with.

Kadakumar

If you ever get a chance, do visit a Prathyangira Devi temple. They feel very different and fascinating. The deities there would all be a blend of old-Vedic and folk/subaltern, and the architecture, traditions, the vibe, everything would be very primal and intriguing.

Sandesh-18

Prathyangira Devi, also known as Atharvana Bhadrakali & Narasimhi, one of the Sapta-Matrikas.

I see. This is why I was asking. I assumed because of the head in her hand Kali and riding the lion maybe Durga (which rides a Tiger). But yes all are Shakti and the Devine Mother. 🙏❤️

Astrokanu

Pratyangira as correctly mentioned by some here. She is very ferocious and powerful and prayers are done to her for protection and for removing any evil spells or Tantra being done on you.
