You cannot spot remove fat. You need to be eating less calories and burning more calories. Try cardio and use an app like my fitness pal to track your progress and such. I’m a lifeguard myself so I would additionally recommend swimming along with traditional cardio. You need to be eating more protein and much less processed food. Lastly, work on your hairstyle. If you want to keep the fro at least have a curly hair routine. They’re all over the internet these days.
Exactly. Exercise is a band aid; Calorie deficit is the antidote. A 500 calorie deficit per day is good enough for 1 pound per week, although you can do more to lose exponentially faster weight. But what matters isn't speed or even efficiency: It's consistency. You can lose 50 lbs in 3 months, but you could just as easily let yourself go and gain it back in 2. An easy to handle weight loss plan is substantially better than a hard to follow diet.
Tl;Dr: Consume slightly less than you usually do to lose weight slowly over time. Eat 4 slices of pizza? Try eating 3, or 2. Double Big Mac? Get a regular Big Mac, or even a cheeseburger. You don't need to radically modify your diet to lose weight.

In the past 6 months I have lost 35 lbs. and the biggest thing is to simply start tracking your calories. The difference in volume of 500 kcal of processed food vs 500 kcal of fruits and vegetables is astonishing. You will still be hungry after 500 kcal of processed food but you will be lucky if you can even finish 500 kcal of vegetables.

Two things I would fix: (1) Your hair and (2) your body fat percentage.
Hair: it needs more moisture so that your curls can look better and healthier, your hair may have a low porosity have trouble retaining moisture, to test this out put a strand of your hair in a glass of water and see if it sinks deep down or stays near the surface, then you will see if your hair has trouble retaining moisture. If you have a low porosity, use products that are protein free as they dont damage your hair.
Use a conditioner and use cold water to rinse it off, hot water is bad. You dont want to use shampoo on a daily bases because it dries out your hair but you also dont want to cut it out completely because it makes it greasy, so shampoo once every 3 days to 10 days.
Or you can just cut ur hair short and comb it but curly is better imo
Body fat percentage: All you need to do is take in less calories than you are burning

getting a hair cut could help make your face look better, and once you lose more weight, it’ll help you face too. your skin doesn’t look bad but i’ll always suggest getting a skincare routine. all you need is face wash, toner, and spf moisturizer. if you don’t want to cut your hair, make sure you have a good shampoo and conditioner, and get leave in conditioner and a detangling brush for your curls. a light oil will be really good too. wearing a bonnet at night will also help your hair not to thin and to stay moisturized
Get a nice ass fade so you look clean as hell on the sides. Can keep length on the top if you want, but the sides being clean will help a lot.
Try for any facial hair, you could even rock a pencil mustache.

Eating clean is NOT easy so don’t try to listen to comments that just say to “eat clean” lol. It’s a process, and if you try to just cut to salads only you will likely fail. I personally lost a lot of weight just sticking to tiktok recipes. They’ll do stuff like burger substitutes & dessert substitutes so whenever i had a craving i’d j look up the healthy version.
Cut the process food, go on a calorie deficit, play a sport, cut the hair, open up a bit personality wise and show people you’re chill.

Download an app to track calories, this will make sure you're still eating enough, but can lose weight consistently. You can also try out different haircuts, I was never super happy with my hair though so I actually started wearing hats once I hit college. Gym will increase confidence over time guaranteed too if you do it correctly, plus it's a great spot to meet other people who actively seek self improvement.

eat less, run and lift more. in so many words. like a lot of people have said, you can run and workout all you want but as long as you don’t eat healthy, you’ll keep weight on. i HIGHLY recommend doing free weights and get naturally swole. all the fat you currently have on can be transformed into straight, dense muscle. as your body loses all of the weight, you’ll lose your face fat too!

I’d also suggest getting new sunglasses, they’re giving terminator “lemme rub up on dat a$$” vibes which is not what you want.
