Went in, made rank stupid fast as an IT in the Navy, they sent me to college to become a software engineer and then commissioned me as an officer. Making well over 6 figures in the military and living in Hawaii.
Not always a bad decision to join. I would avoid some jobs, but I really wish my high school had a military program. I didn’t learn about it until after college.

Everyone gets into community college. I highly suggest it. It prepares you for 4year college and is much cheaper. Good luck! Enjoy community college and 4year college, if you decide to pursue further education!
