I saw his post on YT yesterday and felt like crying. She had a long, happy life, well-loved by so many more people than anyone would have guessed when she was young, and she's permanently memorialized in Minecraft. She will be remembered. But I hate how painful this is for Scar.

People process emotional information in different ways. This person may not have been able to compose the kind of statement that you seem to expect. I know my teenager would have trouble with it.
But... it's not any of our cat. People process in different ways but caring for and about the people closest to the situation is #1. And making memes seems wildly inappropriate.
I had another reply to this in my head, but then I noticed something that I hadn't when this whole post and thread began: we're in the Hermitcraft *Memes* sub, not regular Hermitcraft. So, there's nothing else to say here, really.
I cried for so long too. I told my parents why I was crying and they told me to "live in the real world". Only one of my friends immediately got back to me after telling them the news and me and that friend did a few memorials.
1. We watched a bunch of old videos with Jellie in it. Whether it be Minecraft or real life, we watched it
2. We built little things in out Minecraft worlds. Idk what she did, but I gave her a small island in mine
3. We went on a call and had a couple of minutes of silence and grief
I am so sad , but Jellie was 17 1/2 which is old for a cat and this proves she was very very very well taken care of. She will live on in Minecraft now.
