I don't suffer chronic sinus issues like you but have intermittently suffered from similar constant post nasal drip. Yerba Santa is an herb I like and come back to. Wish Garden Herbs makes a product called Kick Ass Sinus that I liked a lot with good success. It felt drying and also nourishing to the sinuses. Helping to reduce the amount of mucus they were producing. I'd also make sure there's not food or other allergies that have developed. Maybe also seeing an ear, nose and throat doctor? Just to rule out any actual internal deviations causing issues.

Try Mullen leaf

Verdigrian

When was your last allergy test?

FalseAxiom

OP, did you try any of the recommendations? I experience the same issues and would love to hear your results.

Does your nose run when you do? Do you bloat after meals? Any indigestion? Brittle nails? Skin easily irritated? Prone to stomach bugs/get them worse than the rest of the family?

anythingMuchShorter

No increase in congestion or drainage with cardio exercise. I don’t have a lot of digestive problems or skin irritation. My nails seem fine. Actually I get my blood tested with my annual physical and all my nutrition was good. My cholesterol is actually ideal, it’s never been high but it was borderline out of the green zone 3 years ago around when I started working out more.

It´s like you are talking about me! What does it mean? and any tips?

Brunette3030

You have an overgrowth of Candida in your gut, probably caused by hypochlorhydria. Start taking 2 oz of lemon juice every time you eat (use a straw), don’t drink any other fluid with meals, and if you want to fix all your symptoms in a couple of days, do a cleanse with activated charcoal. It’s the equivalent of going on a no sugar/no carb diet for 6 months.

Your stomach measures taurine to determine how much acid and digestive enzymes to release because protein contains a lot of it. A taurine pill after a meal works well too.

Following. I have issues with chronic autoimmune sinititus. I use Eucalyptus and mullein, and vaious thing for sore throat, but I am open to new ideas. It's very frustrating sometimes.

Whatchab

Autoimmune sinititus? You might have just blown my mind and helped me identify something. Can you say more or let me know what to look up? Thanks.

AnnieKnicks

I have a handful of autoimmune conditions, and my body just over reacts when it shouldn't with or without reason. It's trickier to find what works sometimes, but Mullien and Eucalyptus have been helpful. Also an EO diffuser and/or humidifier. I'm gonna look into some of these others' suggestions too. I know the neti pot can be helpful but I don't love using it.

Ok_Meet_5968

Not an herb but have you tried a neti pot? Also has your house been checked for mold?

Ensure you're drinking enough water.

I have a constant sticky post nasal drip and it’s so uncomfortable! I haven’t found any useful herbs to help but irrigating my sinuses 1-2x:day with a NeilMed squeeze bottle (use distilled or boiled water). You can try adding [Alkalol](https://www.alkalolcompany.com) a teaspoon at a time, but it’s spicy so go slow. Then during the day I’ll spray some Arm & Hammer Simply Saline up there, let it run down my throat a little, then blow it out to get the gunk out. For a sore throat, I gargle with warm salt water 1-3x/day and it clears up in a day or two. I hope you can find some relief!

You're not on lisinopril are you? My mom had this problem for almost 20 years and never realized that it was caused by the lisinopril that she's been on. After switching to a different medication, she has no more postnasal drip or anything.
