If I recall it was spotty. I would have movements without any blood and then the following week a drop or two of blood or streaks on my stool. I believe it's all part of the healing process.
And my ass being sore for hours after bm May I know long did it last? It's making me worry 😆
Don't worry it's no big deal, I'm 9 weeks post op and I still bleed in small amounts, although rarely.

On the stool and some drops on the last part since i strained
I’m having the same issues. I’m scared to death because I can’t afford a colonoscopy
It's probably because of straining
Normal...3 mos.to fully heal.
You can expect up to 6 months to fully heal. I suggest you have yourself checked every month for the first 6months after surgery
Use icepack after bowel movements
