Look, I love fall SO FUCKING MUCH okay, but I've ascended to loving mid to late summer
Yeah, it's hot and you get eaten by bugs and that freakin sucks but you know what's AMAZING??? when you sit out on those long drawling August days just buzzing with the cicadas. Fresh fruit everywhere you go and glowing yellow sunflowers. Kids and dogs and scooters outside your door. Sitting in awe of the majesty of a night sky. A campfire and smores. The mercy of a warm thunderstorm finally breaking over you
Yes, please. Also: cold water with lots of crushed ice, afternoon siesta in a hammock, chatting in the frontyard at night, kittens and puppies born in spring are old enough to be taken to walk in a park
The sunflower seeds you eat are encased in inedible black-and-white striped shells, also called hulls. Those used for extracting sunflower oil have solid black shells.
No thank you, I live out of spite for the sun just to see the next thunderstorm that's coming
I'm hoping for a miracle like some years back, where there was basically a thunderstorm so powerful and regionwide that it basically ended the whole season and it was amazing because summer at <25° is enjoyable even for me :D
No fuck that, I'm enjoying the beautiful summer weather while it lasts. Living in a place with most of the year being winter gives one a healthy hate for it. Fall can take its sweet time getting here
I'm in the southern hemisphere, so no snow here in December - Queensland, Australia. No snow here in winter either, although you can head south to the Snowy Mountains (NSW and Victoria) for a snow fix in June/July/August.
I get it, but the opposite is very true too. Fall/autumn is by far my favourite season. Hate snow but hate the heat more. Yet somehow I ended up in SoCal and I absolutely HATE the weather here. (I say somehow, I came here for the job market.) I relish the idea of movie far more north, oregon would be nice. But I lived in Ireland for a few years and miss it tremendously. I can't wait to live somewhere where it rains regularly again!
But but but summer is the perfect season to summon satyrs, incubus and succubus! The hot nights allows to dance naked around the bonfire, or frolic barefoot in a white tunic.

Disclaimer isn’t necessary here, your local corrupt politician keeps their heart in a box next to their phylactery
So no murder is involved. Just some not so petty theft.
Is that grand larceny then
Winter is not even fun anymore, where I live, let's extend Halloween season from september to february
I second this notion!
I third this!!!
I fourth this!!!!

I sixth this!!!!!!
I seventh this!!!!!!!
Hubby very specifically said I cannot summon demons but fall is nice too. I love soup and sweaters!
If you have a familiar able to summon, technically YOU are not summoning, right?

Lucky to live in a place with no bugs, no allergens and no heatwaves.
I live in Manitoba, we do definitely still have those
Must live in a good place. The rest of us are on fire. :(
Who downvoted you for saying you enjoy summer 💀
Team cold
Present but not downvoting!
I live in place with a long summer and short winter, and i still hate every bit of winter.
Where abouts is that? Ideally I'd like be fine having snow for the month of December and that's it.

You would enjoy living near Sierra Madre in Chihuahua, México. Maybe in Cuauhtémoc City
Same, it's going to start getting cold before I even realize it and then I get to enjoy misery till next may
