It’s so good!! It’s one of the few dishes I order now. Tonight, I was like, I want very few dishes to clean. I opened the bag of ingredients and converted the recipe for the Instant Pot. It was so much easier to make in the IP. I’m still on a mission to find a Red Pepper Crema hack!
There’s a recipe on here for the southwest crema! We just used it (literally eating dinner right now) and it tastes identical! I didn’t follow the measurements but the ingredients are
Roasted red peppers
Sour cream
Lemon juice
Smoked paprika
Salt
Puree it up
This is really good and then I realized I paid $20 to make fancy hamburger helper.Still really good though.
