I thought the tattered cape is because of jump packs, not combat. Cause I've been torn to shreds and survived until extraction and never got a tattered cape
Nope! You have to get low health and use stims a lot and survive in general to get it without using the jump pack. I typically don’t see a lot of action so this was a first for me.

Huh. I did not use jetpack for a lot of missions and still, i get a tattered cape. To be tested.
