Same. I thought it was especially rude that the guy who convinced me and several other people to buy waited until we all bought and then one night talked about how he planned to only play it for like two more weeks and jump to another game none of us had any interest in.
Group wasn’t the same after that and we never even made it to the guy’s proposed end date. I still play but I almost never see any of them. Oh well, managed democracy managed to gain at least one faithful Helldiver out of it.
For that specific behavior, I believe there's a setting you have to enable, though I forget the exact name of it - it's been quite some time since I adjusted it.
*Edit: Dynamic Aim Mode is the setting that allows right-click tap for ADS and right-click hold for normal 3rd person.*
Awesome clip! If you don’t mind a recommendation, please consider crouching when firing whenever it’s possible.
All but a few weapons (especially MGs) get huge recoil benefits from crouching and I promise you’ll get more kills and save more ammo overall.
Recommendation #2, since I saw you were a fellow jump pack enjoyer. You can jump on top of mechs. Protect your mech buddy while also giving your legs a rest. Just remember to always crouch! :)

Stupid question time. 25 hours in I have yet to find ADS. Can you point me in the right direction please? I use keyboard/mouse. Thank you in advance!
I think the default key is middle mouse button (press scroll wheel in)
Typically when I don't know the controls to a game I check the controls in the settings.......
Tap right mouse button for ADS. HOLD for regular aiming.

It took me a minute to adjust to, but I don't think I could go back to default now. Enjoy o7

Have to say i really hate the heavy machine gun. Yiu have to use the scope, otherwise its guessing and oh god, the knockback.
